CRM Data Security - Hacker Prevention

We have just started using ZOHO CRM and are finding it extremely well matched to our CRM requirements. We are, however, a little concerned on the data security of this package. How does a inexpensive, powerful CRM package like ZOHO afford to ensure client data security? As a almost "to good to be true" CRM package, I guess I am looking for its weakness. We need to feel confident that our data is protected and secure from intruders.
