Hello,

In CRM, when creating reports, there are standard filters that can be applied on date fields. 

These filters are only available here.

For example, a very usefull filter is Current Quarter, which is only listed here

The request is to deploy the same filters in 

- reports - advanced filters

- views criteria

- dashboard component criteria & Duration

We have multiple clients asking for this, especially those who are coming from SalesForce.
