Much to my disappointment, after much effort, support emails and remote logins and promises "if is now fixed" - accounts between CRM and Desk still do not sync. It seems completely random - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Right now, I have half a dozen accounts in CRM that have not synced to DESK.
To fix this in a different way, is there someone here who could post a piece of Deluge script that allows pushing a CRM account to DESK with a button? Mostly related to Accounts - but if you have a copy of the same scripts for Contacts too, it would be much appreciated.
