CRM does not close phone call when terminated on Ring Central soft phone
I have Ring Central enabled to work with my Zoho CRM. Whenever I place an outbound from the CRM, a little box pops up showing contact info along with a timer on the call. However, when I complete the call and click the End button on the Ring Central Soft Phone app, this does not end the call on the CRM and the box and timer are still there as if the call is ongoing. The only way I can get it to close is to exit the CRM completely and then log back in. However, the call is not captured and logged. Is this a bug or issue that you are already working on, or is this an isolated issue?
