I'm comparing Zoho with another software we are currently using. I had a situation come up and wanted to see if anyone had an idea of how to make this happen in Zoho.
Issue: We realized some auto-generated emails were sent incorrectly so we wanted to send an email to multiple affected users to let them know the issue and capture the email with notes on their account for support/customer service purposes. In the non-Zoho software they use an email campaign and one of the options during the creation is to attach an account note (which not only copies the body of the email sent the user but also allows us to add custom note information to explain email to internal employees). This worked beautifully - the end result was a personalized email to the end user, and on their account we had an auto-generated and closed activity/task that had our notes plus the body of the email.
Question: How do you accomplish something like this in Zoho? Any ideas?
