CRM Email Info Visibility on "Leads List View"

Does anyone else think it would be extremely useful to view your email information in list view? I think it would be incredible and would make Zoho so much better, not to mention much more powerful! Here is why...

  5. Get the most from the mass-mail feature, versus blindly sending.
  6. See/use genuine data, versus "work-arounds" and "temporary solutions"
