CRM Email Limits

Hi Zoho

One of our users has attempted to send out a bulk email today through their Leads and could only send 250 emails. I attempted to send the remaining emails out through my account but was also met with a 250 maximum emails per day limit.

We are currenly on the "Old Professional" plan as per the subsciptions page and we have 6 users. From what I have read, we should be able to send out 1,800 emails per day.

Are you able to assist?
