CRM - Email templates: custom html in default editor

Hi @all

the default editor for email templates is very useful! You can place elements by drag-and-drop, the usage is intuitive.


But here you can't change the source code... very sad.
To get to the HTML code / to be able to edit it, you have to delete the existing template (very bad!!) and create a new HTML template. This comes with the huge disadvantage that the editor actually offers no features - so it is unusable.



I have to use this editor though, because I have to use a custom font.


Summary:
  1. You can't switch between editors. You have to delete and recreate the template, which is quite time consuming!
  2. You can access / change the HTML only if you use the worse editor!
  3. You can't use custom fonts!
    1. This is actually an impertinence, how are you supposed to follow your corporate design?!
