CRM Feature Enhancement

Hi, I find the BCC Dropbox very useful for recording communications with customers. However, sometimes we send brochures or similar commercial material that is exactly the same for hundred's of emails. I would like to keep the record of the email sent, however storing the attachment 100's of times eats up a lot of space in our storage.

I would really like the possibility to choose if I want to store attachments of emails or not in the BCC Dropbox option
