I'm wondering if it's possible to integrate adding images into the body of the notes in the CRM. We heavily use the notes feature to manage every time we touch base with a client, and when I record the interaction, sometimes a picture is relevant to get the point across (an example is when a client recently emailed me with a note that said: "Something like...this?" With an image immediately following).

Sometimes I record multiple interactions in one note, and it becomes confusing to have random attachments with no context at the end, especially if the note is long.

Just in general, being able to see images without having to click to open attachments may be a convenience to visually understand at first glance.
