CRM Fields Driving Campaign Automation
I am just setting up workflows and automation for our accounts. My thought was to to have the CRM module take the lead, so the web form would be from the CRM. When the lead is logged in the CRM, I want to be able to set a field that will be synched down to Campaigns.
Ideally this field would be the stage field on Potential, but I could also set another field on the lead/contact record that would reflect current stage. Either way, when this got synced to Campaigns, I'd like it to trigger a workflow that would put them in the appropriate list and fire off the associated autoresponders.
Based on actions in those emails, and/or changes to the stage field, or lead changing to contact, info could be synched down that would remove them from one list and add them to another.
Eventually, I'd like the fields from SalesIQ to feed into this automation process as well, e.g., user visits one page but not another, set a field in the CRM, sync down to Campaigns and have a workflow to move him around the lists and fire off an autoresponder.
Is this all possible?
