CRM for associations?
CRM for associations?
I am the actuary of an association with approx. 200 members and was wondering whether anybody is using Zoho CRM for typical tasks:
- Keep track of members (entry date, payment of membership fees)
- Keep track of board members
- Keep track of events (member meetings, excursions, etc,) and attendance of such events
- Sending out invitations to all members
- Sending out invitation and communications (minutes, letters, etc) to board members only
CRM offers much more features than necessary for such simple administration. I was therefore wondering whether anybody uses CRM for a similar purpose?
If yes, I would be interested in exchanging know-how and tipps how to simplify CRM for above purposes.
