I'm new to Zoho and am currently running a trial of Enterprise with the intention of running this alongside Creator. 

I am trying to implement CRM for a member clubs, and would like to be able to "sign players in" using CRM to nightly tournaments. I'd like to be able to use this data to create a "Last Seen" field, which would act as a reporting tool for flagging players who have stopped playing with a view to chasing them up and getting them back. 

Can somebody advise the best way to do it. I've been playing with Activities, but can't quite get what I'm looking for. Adding them is a little clumsy and it doesn't seem to produce any data on the file. 

If I'm going to create an event - I need to be able to create an activity template - but this doesn't seem possible so I need to find a work around. 

The ultimate goal is as follows; I'm flexible about how I achieve it: 

1) Players register for tournament

2) Players are found in CRM

3) Players are logged as attending tournament / event

4) This automatically updates the "last seen" field in their CRM profile. 

Perhaps I need to go about this a different way and do something in Creator? I've not really got my feet wet with that yet but will need to create apps for player membership registrations.
