The CRM Gmail gadget (to add a lead to Zoho CRM)
never auto-fills the correct first and last name (which are displayed correctly in gmail...even if the person is not in your address book). Please fix this. It would save everyone time.
PS. It would be very helpful if there was a description field (perhaps via the "+ add" drop-down)
