We recently integrated two Gmail accounts with Zoho CRM. For one, this has worked fine. For the other, we are unable to send / receive emails via Zoho CRM. Instead, we receive the following message:
"Unable to send / receive emails. Please update your password in Zoho Mail Add-on configuration page."
We've attempted this too, even with a clean set up of the accounts and still no luck. Any advice on what the problem might be and how we can fix it would be appreciated
