I am using the CRM more and more these days, I started using Zoho as a stop gap while looking for a new ERP System. I have been attempting to integrate most of our business processes into ZOHO. Currently I am stuck at the issue of importing invoice history and figuring our solution to create a Return Authorization form with the information in a case. I can import invoice history into the stand alone Invoice program in ZOHO but that does not communicate with the CRM in any way. I am looking for some input from others that have encountered this problem. What was your solution?
