I have exported my database to do a large-scale modification to records. Now, I want to import the database and overwrite it so I can have all my new data.

I run into 4 problems:

1.  The Zoho mapping process has changed. On my screen, it looks nothing like the Zoho online manual. Instead, it looks like the attachment "Zoho Screenwhot Overwrite NONE NONE NONE"

2. Where the fields are "none" -- will Zoho delete the existing data in that field?

3.  Zoho now insists on overwriting the field "Relationship Source" to NONE. I will lose years of data.

4.  Zoho will rewrite the date created field. I will lose years of history.

HOW DO WE DO MASS UPDATING OF RECORDS AND DATA ANALYSIS OFF LINE? Apparently there must be a better tool. I just spent 2 hours updating records and now it seems I can not import that data without erasing all the other data.
