Here are a couple of improvements that could be made to the CRM module:

1) Make the list pricing of products importable.  Doesn't make sense that you have to hand enter them.

2) The quotes/invoices should have an option to change the headings.  Being forced to use "List Price" is not a desirable way to present quotes to customer/prospects.

3) Should be able to quote leads or contacts.  Having to create an account to quote makes no sense as most products are quoted to leads or prospects before they become customers.

Any idea if/when these ideas might be incorporated?  Thanks!
