CRM integration in Mail doesn't work anymore
Hi there,
since I have not received any help from the support for 2 weeks now, I am trying my luck in the forum.
I am a Zoho CRM Plus customer and I also have subscribed to the Zoho Mail for 1 year. All was fine for some time, I could add my contacts in Zoho mail to CRM contacts or leads, but then I had problems with my credit card and the subscription changed to free. I paid again and all works, but the CRM integration does NOT work.
When I have a mail and click on the small CRM icon in the lower right corner, where I have icons for people, tasks, notes, crm and events, I see only a blank page for CRM. Tasks, events, notes and people work fine, but the CRM gives me a blank page.
This has been working before and I have NOT changed anything (besides the downgrading to free version and upgrading again). I have NO idea why the support cannot help me, at least not in a normal time span. I think 2 weeks waiting is quite a lot...
I need to add my mail contacts as leads to CRM and must fix this problem asap.
