I found a couple of community support articles from 2015 on this topic, but the interface has moved on enough that those answers no longer make sense.
In Zoho mail, when we attempt to open the CRM integration, it blanks the screen (with a layer) like something is loading, butit never progresses - here is a screen shot:
It just hangs after this until we refresh the browser. Any ideas on how to get CRM to actually load? Is there a permission on the CRM side that isn't working?
