Hi support, 

From a couple of days your CRM is no longer usable.

The system is so slow as not to be usable.

In particular, this issue happens when we send e-mail template to our contacts.

Please note that not only the CRM but all a lot of Zoho Service have problem as you can see at  Zoho Services Availability.
