Guys,

Wondering if someone can help on this.

  1. I have a custom "Assets" module that tracks our sold equipment with serial number, billing party (custom module) and end-user (accounts module) - billing party describes who purchased it, end-user is who uses the asset. Sometimes they are the same, sometimes they aren't.

  2. Sold serials and billing party for 2020 are in CRM, our team is tasked with assigning an actual end-user to the asset. Ideally, we'd have end-user information for all assets sold. 

  3. I am trying to develop a number of relatively simple KPI gauges for our CRM dashboard - showing the number of assets WITH assigned end-user as a percentage of all assets. This would show how much progress we're making with allocating assets to customers. 

  4. Ideally, we'd set a goal as well in %. So let's say - current assignment ratio (assets with end-user / all assets) = 70% and our goal is 80%.

Anyone have any specific pointers as to how to go about this?
