Dear Zoho Social Team,
After integrated Zoho Social and Zoho Crm, the contact from Facebook has been added by user to lead/ contact and it belongs to them.
And there are 2 issues :
1/ In the Social Tab in CRM or in Zoho Social , there are no indication of whose the post / chat / contact / lead belongs to which users
At least name of owner should appear on conner , part of chat / post
2/ Even after convert that person to crm leads, other users still can chat , comment to those customers .
In ideal situation, after conversion to crm leads, maybe no other users can do chat / comment to that users excep the admin or team leader
There are many business count on social channel such as facebook for their sales . We need Zoho Social more functions on sales , as powerful as salesiq . And hope Zobot come to Zoho Social soon
