CRM Lead ID (and Unique URL like salesforce.com) for use with callfire.com

Is there a similar function or tool like with the salesforce.com unique URL for each contact or lead, "https://na7.salesforce.com/00QA0000006X6sr" for example, which will enable us to access and update a lead through a link. I know zoho crm has lead and contact id's, but I don't know how to write code or utilize API's.
