CRM Leads - Email Client selection
Hi
If you are in a Lead view and you select the email address of that lead it opens your default email client to send a mail.
Using the 'Send Mail' option at the bottom of the 'Emails' Section it uses the ZOHO email interface.
Is it possible to have both using the default client?
If the default client is used I suspect the mail that is sent is not added to the Email history within ZOHO...?
