CRM + Mail Add-on: notification when new email received

Hi

I am using CRM with Mail add-on. I have configured Mail add-on to access my Google Apps email accounts. I use CRM to send emails to customers using Mail add-on.

My question is, how can I get notified that I have received a email response for an email I have sent, without going to the Email tab and without having to go through each of the Potentials (or Contacts or Leads or Accounts) checking the Email section? I was hoping that a task could get created automatically when an email was received or something like that.

If the only solution is going to Email tab and refreshing the mailbox, when I receive an email response, how could I know to which Potential (or Contact or Lead or Account) the email belongs? It would be very helpful to know this, as currently I don't have any way to know to which contact the email belongs, besides copying the email address and looking for it manually.
