how many times do we send out an email, only to lose track of something because it was not responded to? I don't want to have to go into multiple screens and manually create a follow up task for every email i send, and then manually check it off if i get a reply.
is there any way to configure zoho to do something similar to what boomerange does? If it's an email i'm expecting a response from, i can basically click a box that says "if i don't get a reply in X days, send me a reminder to follow up"
I think i saw zoho mail can do this, but we have out own mail server and we're not switching it over to zoho mail. I'd be ok if zoho mail could act as an imap client and give me the same feature and integrate into zoho crm.
