The issue is 'extra' blank lines appearing which pushes the Footer up the page leaving space below the footer image which looks ugly. 

I can edit the lines out, click save come out of the template and go back in and the lines are back.  I have also tried changing the wrapping on the image from Inline to InFront again it seems to work, I save it and come back and the image is back InLine.

All other changes including those made in the header seem to save without problems and remain when I come out and go back into the template.  This is happening on more than one template.
