I have a customer that I am migrating from ACT to ZOHO CRM and the Data Migration Wizard is unreliable. I have a large query of notes that I am dividing into files smaller than 5 K CSV files and some of the data imports and some does not. The Import History reports Failed or Skipped records.
The notes are for existing Contacts that have been Migrated by the same Wizard and i can find no reason for the failure.
