CRM not sending emaIL reminder

Good Morning -

The past week or so I have noticed that I have not been receiving my email reminders from zoho CRM.  My aol email address on file is correct.  I have checked and rechecked my spam and junk mail folders. Nothing.

So I contacted my IT guy, who is a ZOHO Docs reseller and had him take a look.  He had the same results.

New task and New Event with email reminder set are not being received at my aol account.

Mr Johnson, then signed into his CRM account and did some test, and he is getting his reminder to a gmail account.

So, is it a ZOHO problem not sending to AOL, or is it a AOL problem blocking the email
