Anyone walk this road before me?

1. I'm looking for a CRM for two brand new start-ups with (as of yet) no real business development activities. 

2. No CRM tools have been put into place yet (even Excel), as we're currently just leveraging existing relationships. 

3. Employee size is under 3 and 5 permanent employees, with consultants shoring up the project teams.  

4. We aren't looking for a complete ERP at this point, so financials and HRIS are out of scope. Project Management capabilities would be excellent, as both companies are offering services, not products. 

5. Integration with telephony is not a requirement. 

6. Social CRM with Linkedin would be advantageous, but not a necessity 

7. Hosted is preferable to rich client  

How does your organization stack up to what I've described, I understand that is very strong in inventory and product management, Because we are an online company nextbuying sells numerous consumer electronics new cool gadgets products , but is less geared for services. Thoughts?
