CRM Outlook Calendar Sync Details
We can successfully Sync calendar items from/to Outlook and Zoho CRM but they lack any details. For example, we have an event created in Zoho CRM with a Subject of "First Call". When we sync this to Outlook we would expect the other Activity details (contact, account...) to be included but it's an empty Calendar event in Outlook with the Subject of "First Call". At the very least a hyperlink to the Activity in Zoho would be helpful. Are we doing something wrong?
