CRM Plus Issues

I have a number of issues after upgrading to CRM Plus and still discovered more over the last 48 hours and not seeing anyone on live chat over this period (maybe they blocked me?) and no response to two issues reported 48 hours ago as well, not even an acknowledgement.  Put these together with two issues identified prior to upgrade and Zoho confirming it is an issue at their end but two months and no fix.

This really concerns us right now, and when I posted to messaged to twitter @zohocares no response. Is Zoho currently having a meltdown? is someone there?

Each time an issue is reported I get handed over to different people and get a variation of answers.  I don't know what else to do but to find out whether we are the only ones experiencing these or do we need to move to Salesforce.  Of course we don't want to move because we have been with Zoho for about 7 years but, if there is zero support or consistently ongoing issues, then we would have no choice.  Anyone experiencing the same?
