We are about to import all our customer and order data into Zoho CRM from an old bespoke system based on SQL. One element of that system is an image/snapshot of visual info which cannot be exported any other way. That image needs to be associated with the correct order/potential in CRM.
My plan/hope was to add a note to each order with the image attached. I can see how to import the note title, content, owner etc using CSV, but how would I go about importing/associating the image? Where is it held or referenced in CRM? The sample csv file doesn't make any reference to this field, just title, content, owner etc.
Any ideas/insights you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
