Is there a way to make the List Price Locked, and not editable in the quote module?

The List Price is not a greyed out field and therefore can be edited by an estimator. I would prefer that this not be editable, since it is a standard cost, and instead they adjust the price using a discount function built into the aggregate fields

Pricing is very delicate in my industry, and I foresee simple mistakes occurring because of unintended overwriting of the list cost
