CRM Scheduling tool for swervice based business
Currently I use Contacts in CRM to manually enter customer details (from email or phone inquiry/lead) and then create an event (job sheet) with job details and assign it to a tech. This event then appears on the calendar and techs access their daily jobs via mobile app. Is there a way to sync the contacts to events so that info like name, address, phone number are auto filled on the event form from the information I enter on the contact form? Currently I am filling in the same information manually twice - once on contacts and again on event.
