I'm starting to use the CRM to my work with insurance, and i understand how can i use some items, but i'm having problems to understand how i can use all the Zoho CRM. Its possible to get a scheme of how the diferent entities from the software were supposed to interact?

My business is not an ordinary CRM, so i have to adjust the use, and the easier way is having a visual connection between diferent things: Counts, Constacts, Tasks, ...
