Hello,

I want to integrate my PBX to CRM. I use a chrome extension that works well to open a URL LINK in a new tab in chrome when a call is picked up by an agent. All i have is a phone number to lookup. If the lead is in the CRM DB, then it displays the lead. If the lead is not, it creates it and assigns it to that user. 

I simply have not found how to open a lead from URL or POPUP. Is there a way to do this? i may be over simplifying it. I am a bit new to ZOHO and the developer doubts it can be done, but i find it hard to believe that my OLD CRM has such a simple time to do it, and ZOHO has this limitation...
