CRM send email and include a cc: (why doesn't the cc: area populate with contact info?)

CRM send email and include a cc: (why doesn't the cc: area populate with contact info?)

I want to send emails directly from the CRM contact card.

It all looks good, except I have to manually enter any cc: info.  Why isn't this tied to our contact base?  Is this not a feature of the CRM?

If not, is it going to be included at a future date?
