We have several different customer groups:
- Retail customers (B2B)
- Consumers (B2C)
- Affiliate partners (B2B and B2C)
They all go through completely lead/sales funnels. Hence, information for each group is very much different from the others, e.g. B2C may be a social media source whereas retail customers may be acquired through cold calling.
How should we setup these three different customer groups with the corresponding individual data fields?
