I am trying to setup the Zoho CRM for a small real estate company. Would someone please be kind enough to answer the following questions for me?
1. Incoming leads are a couple(husband and wife), not one individual or a company. As such, I assume I would have to use the company field, enter the surname(s) as the company name and following conversion link both individuals as contacts to the newly created account?
2. Once a lead is converted, it disappears from lead reports. How does one generate lead reports over a month etc?
3. Are there any "Pre-Made" setups for different industries? I feel confident to be able to amend an existing setup, but feel daunted by the prospect of having to create from scratch.
