CRM slow everyone pointing fingers

Hi, 

I am in New Jersey and have Verizon as my ISP, the last couple of afternoons/evenings, Zoho CRM has become slow to disabled.  I contacted Verizon initially and they claimed to have fixed it, I WAS able to access Zoho (could not access CRM, the read only site, or other zoho sites) and it was very slow, with the warning coming up unable to access messaging server.  The next day, it was fine.  Then last night, same thing - became very slow - hard to log in and out - same "messaging server error".  The Verizon person walked through the traceroute and said it was Zoho, Zoho is saying it is Verizon.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?  I can't work like this and there is nothing I can do!
