Hello, we have a voip handset set up, and have added an extension to chrome (Go Integrator by Mondago) to try and link to our Zoho CRM.

When on the extension on chrome our CRM contacts appear to call, and we can call them and it comes through our handset, but nothing is being logged on CRM, in Open Activities etc.

Our Voip provider spoke to Mondago who informed us that the functionality for the calls to be logged on crm (contact) just doesn’t exist with Macs yet, is that correct?? 

The whole reason we have changed our voip provider was for zoho integration/functionality so we need this to work and have the calls logged on crm
