CRM Timeline History Permissions ?
Hello,
I am curious about this. in Zoho CRM on the Timeline Tab everyone knows that it displays the history of edits and such for that particular Lead record. What if I wanted to Hide some of the History Events from CRM Users? For example, I have a workflow setup that sends me the Admin a Notification when Notes are added to a Lead record through Cliq.
This will show up in the Timeline History telling the user I Cliq message was sent to the Admin after this record update. I would like the ability for the user to see all record history of that lead, but not when it comes to specific workflows being automated in the background. Like the one I just mentioned.
