i really need some help with an issue.
We have 1 CRM account which holds all of our client information and potentials for the entire business. We then have a books account with 2 organisations in it. we have setup the integration between crm and books, no problems there. i am aware that there is a 2 way sync on the 1st organization and a 1 way on everything else.
We have setup custom fields in the layout page so we can say which one of our organization it relates to, we can create estimates in crm which is good and we can choose the correct template with the correct branding etc. all good..
my problem is when creating an invoice in crm, i have no option of which organizarion to push it to, it always defaults to company 1 with the 2 way sync.
is the solution to create all estimates, sales orders, invoices in zoho books and not crm? also why cant there be a 2 way sync for all organizations, this seems like a massive issue.
