CRM - Unable to remove an old account and to join organization CRM

Hi

One of our employees have created her CMR account, using her organization mail, no I need to join her to our organization CRM, bur when she receives the invitation mail, zoho CRM says that ist not able to join the organization CRM because she is the unique member of  her organization.

How can he set this?
