We would like to create some email templates and mail merge (zoho writer) templates for our vendors in CRM.  However, we cannot find the appropriate vendor record merge fields that we would utilize this functionality. 

 

Is this a product functionality issue or lack of user knowledge?

 

Why would we do this?  For vendor performance verification etc. 

 

Please advise.
