my compagny had a business account with 7 users.

One of my user was able to connect himself on the system on December 16th.

The same person tried to connect today and the system told him that his account was disabled.

When I connect myself on the system, I found that we came back to the basic version.

What happened ??

We really need to come back to the business account because we produce all the invoice on the CRM.

Please help me
