crm versus access, which product is right for the following setup?
Our company was using access to track products and pricing, but sometimes customer are given a price that will expire after a given amount of time (as the product is purchased by us at new price).
So what we would like to do is input products, customers, and be able to assign date specific prices to the products and customers. Custom quotes that can expire you might say.
Does this seem like something that can be done within the CRM app? We would like to switch to this web based approach and get off Access client/server setup.
Last, is there a way to import data from spreadsheets or access or into CRM?
