CRM View for Activities - Drop Down no longer working
Hello. I am trying to create a call list using the crm view for activities. Initially, I discovered that it was possible to just click on status or priority and a drop down list appears allowing for quick updating which I think is great when going through a list doing calls. And so I changed some of the values in the Status field picklist to reflect what we wanted but after saving, it appears that the drop down list has disappeared. I tried clicking on priority and it's not working as well. How can I get it working again? Thanks.
